With further research in to my search for self discovery I went back and looked at why I am here. I thought this could give me a better sense of who I am, and it really did. So I went and started to look at old photo albums of people in my life. Looking at my parents childhood and there time together before they had children were very interesting. It makes you wonder what life was like before you were around, who your parents where. Where they like the kids you couldn't stand growing up? or would you have been best friends. Either way they are the ones who shaped who you are. Even if they have had a very little part in your childhood, you took that experience and it has changed you in some way.
Then I started to think that it is the same for my parents. They each were brought up by two different households which shaped who they were. So Its kind of like an umbrella. They learned from their parents and there parents learned from their parents and so on and so on.
This process helped me become more aware of who I am, and that I am is who I am supposed to be. "Who I am today is who I'll be tomorrow, but who I was yesterday is not who I am today"
good to see the progress brandon. amazing how you look like a combination of both your mother and father in these pictures.
